Acceptance

All complete applications will be reviewed for acceptance into FAITH Co-op.
Acceptance verification will be notified as soon as possible.
Checks will be cashed upon your family’s acceptance.

Annual Membership fees: (non-refundable after acceptance)

Registration: $15 for one child; $28 for two; $39 for three; $48 for four; $54 for five; $60 for six; add $3 for each additional child
Building use: $75.00 per semester/per family ($75 due with application; 2nd semester fee is due Oct. 1)

Applicants not coming from REACH Co-op or former REACH members, out for 2 years or more, must attend a personal meeting with the head coordinators.
